Crew Member Benefits
We offer a 401K matching plan.
Flight Hour Bonus program – If crew members work over 45 hours during their rotation, they will receive $100 per hour over the 45 hours worked.
Work Over Bonus program – If crew members work over their 15 scheduled days, they will receive their daily rate for every day worked over the 15 days. (Daily rates are calculated by taking salary and dividing it by 196.)
Non-Crew Member Benefits
We offer a 401K matching plan.
80 hours of PTO for the calendar year – Newly hired employees will receive a prorated amount of PTO, and can not use that time until after their 90 day probationary period is over.
